First, we'll come up with a detailed requirements list and jointly decide with you on what we’re going to do. We'll identify the major milestones to follow, so we can keep an eye on what comes next and be able to assess our progress objectively at each stage. 

We'll present you with a couple of design versions. Once you pick up one of them we'll make as many tweaks and changes as needed in order to reach the final solution design

At this stage, you'll have the chance to see what your future application or solution will look like. The wireframes give a good idea about what the general layout of the software application will be.

As soon as the design is ready, we'll use the existing application content as a guideline or perform a rewrite of the entire content depending on your needs. We also perform image design and we will work with you to arrive at the optimal content.

When the design is complete, and sourcing the graphics and data for the application is done, we'll start with coding. We'll do the front-end/back-end development and integration with applications as applicable.

In the end, to make sure that the solution and every functionality works as expected, we'll hand the application to our testing team. Along with that, we'll also ask you to have a look at the software application. 

When the software is accepted, user training will be provided. The handover of the project will be done. You can opt to maintain the software and training will be provided or you can sign up for maintenance.
